Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returned items must be shipped to us via Tracked Mail. We do not cover your return postage. To initiate a return, please email us for a return authorization at onebfystudio@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon receipt of your returned items, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take 4-7 working days for your payment provider to credit the refund to your account.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We strongly recommend inspecting your parcel for any signs of damage or tampering before signing for it. If you notice any damage or tampering, please reject the delivery and ask the courier company to return the parcel to us.
